anybody know upto what number in the waitlist final admission will be offered in iimb.
i have 54 . any chance?

Well ... IIMB gave 270 offers in the first list and 130 in WL .

They plan to have a class size similar to the present batch ... say around 210-215 ( thats what some profs told my frens at IIMB ) .

Last yr some 16 ppl took B over A , but more than a hundred took A over B . Assume 100 this yr . So 170 in this 270 will take B . So that means around 45 +/- 10 should get through . Off course , all this depends on how many in this 270 got A also . If its like last yr , then around 100 ppl should be it . All the best man .

Don't forget that atleast 15-20 people will take C over B and a few more will probably leave for the US.

any info/update on the Waitlist Status ? I tried calling up B office on saturday but "All lines in this route are busy" Can any seniors presently in B halp out ?
