This is a nice Initiative.. a PG meet in US will be awesome!

I am a admit to Class of 2009 Tuck School of Business.. considering that i will be spending 2 years in a village, i should get to know many more people in cities so that I can spend free times, if i get any, travelling places and getting to know people!

Sathya.
PS: I am app'ing to Chicago, W and Stanford in R2. So my admit status might change based on R2 results..

Re: Admits to the class of 2009 - 23-12-2006, 09:29 PM

This is a very nice initiative. This would help us be together and also help in future prospects such as visa, H1B, and other stuff.

I am a Duke Admit, Incoming Class of 2009.

PS: My status can change depending on the WL conversion at Chicago, or results from Ross. I would be applying Kellogg R-2.

Re: Admits to the class of 2009 - 25-12-2006, 04:02 AM

Hi Guys

Nice work I for starting the thread..m sure once more results start pouring in, the members would swell up considerably...n congo for Chicago...way to go man..

I have an admit from Darden, Cornell n ISB.

Sathya, I was following ur posts in the Darden thread. Seems you have made up ur mind for Tuck,or may be another us B school. Even I would be opting for darden or cornell, if i dont get thru any higher ranked school...still contemplating b/w wharton n kellog for R2..

n Kgkid..congrats for getting thru duke...i heard they didnt interiew many applicants in india, due to unavailbility of alumni dates...i know a lot of ppl who have got rejects from duke...n good luck for the other applications...

cheers

ricky

Thanks. This time Duke is pretty selective. Dont know why. May be the application volume and also the fact that their on-campus recruiting increased by 25% last year. The most for any b-school in US.
Anyways, congrats for Darden. It is a beautiful campus - charlottesville. You will love it.

Thanks everyone and congratulations on your various admits
Party time sure

Please make sure you drop in a note here once you finalise your school after R2.

During the next two year, this thread could be serve as the PG Bschool directory and would provide info to those people planning to apply to numerous schools and wanting to get in touch with current students. So make sure your info is accurate.

cheers,
Iday
