can you please let me know how much is the total expense doing MBA in Oxford including -Fees, Staying expenses.
Did you get any scholarship? and how is Oxford MBA in Technology Mgt.??
what are the cahnces of a 3 yr exp guy (Top Indian It company) with MCA( thats me)?

I managed to get an extension from Oxford(for paying the deposit) because of these extraordinary circumstances. They have asked me how much more time I will require.

Well expenditure at Said is around 41,500 GBP.(all inclusive) details on www.sbs.ox.ac.uk
Not many scholarships in most 1 yr progs..
i dont know if deep got any !!

Chances... well.. it depends on a whole lot of things.. essays, gmat, ur fellow applicants, ur industry, ur future career plans.. basically u need to convince them u are clear of ur goals and u can get them thru oxford...

Just to add what Dheerin has said

Scholarship decisons are out later. They are only out in april and I admit its unlikely..

Regarding your chances, I agree with Dheerin completely.. It depends on gmat, your essays and application and how convincing are you in what you say. Your statements should tally with what you have written in the essays..

Regarding IT management, I am not so sure.. I think Said is good mostly in finance and to a certain extent in management consulting... ( which is my target since I am going for a career switch from IT to consulting )..

in UK (around 20 lacs) for UK MBA . Where one should take loan in UK or India?
Is it Collateral or Non-collateral?

Himanshu,
Well loans for OXford is a bit tricky as their loan program has just been discontinued. SO today you have two options
1) IEFC loans (7.25%) ,,this will require a US citizen/greren card holder to be the cosignor for the loan.
2) India loans(around 9.5%), But there might be a limit of 15 lacs on the loan and it will require collaterals.

Only two things
1) Transcripts.
2) Academic referre recommendation i.e. if the college is asking for it(Oxford does)

And yeah for the loan it seems the bank are ready to lend more than 15 lacs which 100% collateral.
