B-Schools Not Requiring 16 Years of Education!!

Hi Gang...I have the most interesting question of all...and need everyone's expert advise to decide on what to do next...
well my first question is solved...now I know which colleges/universities acept the 15 years of education as an eligibility criteria.
However, my second question is a little trickier...After completing my 10+2 schooling in 1998, I opted to do a 3 years diploma in hotel management from IHM, Delhi affiliated to National Council of Hotel Management, Delhi (Approved by AICTE and HRD Ministry of India). I completed my 3 years Diploma...i.e. my 15th year of education in 2001..and ever since then I have been working in the Customer Service Industry (My total exp as of now is more than 6 and half years)...
Now the universities accepting 15 years of education, do they accept 12+3 years of degree course like Bsc, Bcom, BA or would they accept the 3 years of diploma in Hotel Mgmt after 12 years of schooling?

Guys ....and Gals....desperately looking forward for your help....before I decide on anything with regards to studying Masters in Science and Information Management or MBA....
