Hi

My Math weak points are Probability and Permutation & Combination in GMAT. Can anyone suggest any online material that will explain the concepts to me like I am a 5 year old? I'd really appreciate it.

Sorry mate, but then try using the search feature to locate a math concepts thread.. try the CAT section.. the P&C concepts will be explained by one of the thousand geniuses out there..
I can see that ur new, but please dont go around creating new threads like this one.

Thanks for letting me know. Though I must tell you that the forum aspect of Pagalguy is not very userfriendly, aside from the fact that the entire website, useful as it is, is an eyesore because of the clutter. It took me ages to find the appropriate thread. Just some feedback that can be taken on board.

you should pick up any basic material, especially CAT coaching materials like of CL or TIME and just read the basics, do the solved examples and then the basic questions... i believe that should suffice for GMAT level..

even i am not very comfortable in these 2 topics, however, i somehow do manage to get "some" questions correct, based on the very basic concept of counting...but yea, it demands revision and brush up!

Use google custom search..u will find required post...and i dont think PG is not user frienndly...try to explore PG first....and if you find any difficulty/issue then post in specific thread under Our Announcements/Suggestions and Feedback evrbdy will try help you especially MODS...

Thanks for your consideration but I had already found and pasted my question in that thread yesterday itself. However, as I had suspected, my question (which has to do with the availability of any online Probability and Permutation & Combination material/tutorial) has been lost in the multitude of problems and possible solutions being discussed. Closing this thread would therefore, further minimise a chance of my getting an answer to my question.

Thanks for the tip. But I did use it yesterday to find the existing Probability and Permutation and Combination thread. And I did paste my question there. However, as I have just said to True India, my question (which has to do with the availability of any online Probability and Permutation & Combination material/tutorial) has been lost in the multitude of problems and possible solutions being discussed.
