hey...did u prepare anything before giving the diagnostic? and how long has it been since u did some math? a 570 is not that bad in case u haven't done the above for some time...it's not great either, but u shouldn't worry abt it too much. do some actual prep - brush up on fundas, do some practice questions, familiarize urself with gmat type questions...then give another mock gmat...and see how u score (preferably give GmatPrep...official gmat test)...
in case u did prepare and still scored a 570...analyse ur test thoroughly...see which sub-section was weakest (PS, DS, CR, RC or SC), what type of mistakes were made (silly mistake, didn't know concept, forgot formula...), ur timing per qs (which ones took the most amt of time) - check out this link
Evaluating Your Practice Tests, Part 1 of 2 it shows u how to evaluate ur test in detail...once u know ur weaknesses, work on them! pick up a book with theory and questions on that topic...and do it!
one last thing...don't look at the overall score (570) that unofficial (Kaplan,
PR, MGMAT) test give u...their scoring algorithm isn't like the real gmat...instead, look at ur break up SCORE...(30 & 39)...now try improving ur accuracy to such an extent that u get every single question on the tests right...that's it. concentrate on ur accuracy...the score u obtain on an official gmat mock test like GmatPrep will be closer to ur real performance on the gmat though...so take that seriously...
