Hi try - I would suggest that we limit this thread just to get introduced to puys in Pune aiming for the GMAT in 2009. There are 5 separate threads for each and every module of the GMAT on the forums. Bringing up questions and discussions here will only dilute the consolidation efforts being put in the mods

I came across this thread and I think this would surely prove to be helpful for puys from pune.

I am planning to give my GMAT by end of august 2009, and have started shortlisting the study material for the same. I am planning to start my preparation with OG 11th edition by end of this week, but unable to get second hand copy of the same.

I would like to use this thread to introduce as well as discuss the study in questions rather than just use this thread for one's introduction.

Puys with any strategies and any tips about preparation please post it here. Your help is much appreciated.

Hi dude,
I haven't started this thread to discuss the questions on each and every module of the GMAT. This thread will act as a platform for Pune guys to share stratagies, study materials and other doubts. I know that there are already separate thread for the qs. so don't worry this will not dilute any efforts.

Welcome to the group bhai. The only thing u can miss is if there is any pune pg meet u won't be able to attend it.
about the books I think OG 11 and Kaplan should be enough for now.
Suggestions are welcome..

Thanks mate We are all in the same boat and discussions about the preparation and other things would really help us overcome the hurdles.

i haven't bought anyone yet. today I am planning to go to ABC for OG11.
I am statying at Baner,, near Symantec. what about u?

You can get OG11 from FC Sagar arcade basement ... I think the stores name is Book world.. he keeps all the GMAT related stuff there..even xerox..
