Hey Guys / Gals,

Count me in too. Also for people looking for online resources there is loads of material available at 5GB of free space to upload and share your files, photos, videos and music - eSnips.com . Also there are some softwares which help you to improve on your mathematical skills and also help a lot in developing the vocab skills.

Hey Please don't post your email id .. its against the forum rule !!

Is that a Guitar and 6 Chords.. !! No... they are the 6 phases ... Birth, childhood, teenage, youth, old age and death ... Strike them properly and you would get a melody !! And the chord's material ... CAT Whiskers !!!

Ajeesh,

Its great that you are doin the prep on your own , but please do consult ppl & websites before u start your prep.Reading your above quote I would like to advise you that

1) You are taking GMAT & Not GRE!! Why are u studying Barrons & Word Power???
GMAT no whr tests your vocab ..what you'll be tested for is your grammar - study Senence Correction & Critical Reasoning.

2) With a focused & informed approach you really don't need 6 months. 3 months is more than sufficient for cracking the GMAT even if you are startin from a scratch.

3) I agree that advise is for free & all can give it..but what I am saying cumes 4m experience..I had takn my GMAT in June 2007 & got a 750.As regards comparing it with GRE , I had taken that too 2-3 yrs back & got a 1450..So trust me when I say you dont need vocab to crack GMAT only logic & focus!

Hope this helps!
Cheers
Gnr

Hi Ajeesh,
I think gnr is right. Though I have not taken any of GRE and GMAT by now but I have seen many people around myself who have given these exams and I can assure you that vocab is not the section on which you should put your effort.
Instead of that you start with OG or Princeton.
In GMAT what matters is how Much effort you have put on the recommended books.

Regards,
Rohit
