i have seen thru granth, fabmart and firstand second but the gmat official review was no where.. is there any other site where i could find them ?

Check in Gangarams, Bangalore.
In case, you are in some other city, then ask any of your friends to check.
Also, check in Strand, they have Kaplan/Princeton. And you can tell them to get the Gmat Official Review and they get it. (You will have to pay 20% upfront).

In Chennai, Try LandMark or Odyssey (Adyar). I have seen Kaplan in Odyssey as recently as 14th of January.

And in case, you buy Kaplan with the CD, don't buy their Verbal Prep book. The CD and the verbal Prep book have the same exercises.

Neha
there are thousands of books and material available..but my experience says one should not go for exhaustive study.. instead understanding the basics should be the aim...
I would suggest u start with this:
Manhattan (for sentence correction)
Official Guide - version 10 and 11 ( I did only 10)

Once you are clear with each and every question here.. all u need is practice.. for which u can give sectional or full length tests...

i have bought Princeton GMAT book latest edition 2009 without CD , there was no CD either with Princeton and Kaplan , but there are online tests on their websites i think so....
