I've been preparing for GMAT for the last month and a half.. Just a quick question..

What are bold faced questions and how are they different from the normal ones?? Do they appear in both the sections??

Bold Faced is a type of CR question.I dont have any idea about bold faced question of any other type.

in these type of questions a part (or parts)of sentence is underlined.the stem question generally asks to find out the role played by those parts in the particular argument or it may also ask to tell the relation between two bold parts.

bold faced questions are genarally considered tough.So if you get one on GMAT you must be doing really great.

refer to keya's thread--she got quite a few bold faced questions n ended up scoring 770.

Bold Faced (BF) questions are nothing but critical reasoning questions (part of English section). In these questions, you normally get 2 phrases marked in bold face. The question normally asks the part played by these phrases in the CR sentence given in the question.

yes it is necessary to have a credit card.
u can call the customer service exec. for booking the date. The num is available on mba.com..

lady, you have not been preparing smartly. this is not an intelligent ques.
i can appreciate your concerns but i really ppl with initiative.
GMAT is all about pushing forth. not waiting for explainations
