there is lack of transparency in the GMAT score process.I got a 710 with a break up of Q 50 and V 37 , while some guys got 720 on the same break up.I understand that u are pissed off coz u cudnt get the 7**.But i guess it doesnt matter so much.

I have never been able to understand the logic behind it. But I think its futile to pursue it with GMAC unless you want to satisfy your curiosity.

q:50 & v:40 gave me 730 but i saw somebody else too with same breakup but with 740.

my guess: may be it depends on what you do with initial few questions....!!??

The validity for GMAT scores is 5 yers...but many school dont take scores which are older than 2 years. Again this varies from bschool to bschool. Better chck wid the school that you're planning to apply.

Hey you've got all the names already

@ prices and availibility

All book are available in india. The OGR (11th edition) is available through a ebay seller in Delhi. I havent seen any other website/bookstore in India where i can order the OGR. there is an apparent discrepancy in the price for this one.

Let that alone, you'd probably find all the books here , they will be Indian Editions i guess.
Prices are more or less the same.
Kaplan, Princeton , OGR is my bet

Dont mess with Barrons. Its a disaster.

Get your 'Wren and Martin" " guide to high school english grammar'. It a saviour.
