This thread is for people with similar interests (GMAT being one of them) - in and around Delhi (Ggn etc).
Please use it to interact, make friends, share material and if possible meet up before we go into the Battlefield of GMAT.

Please post with the following info:

- Location
- When you will be giving GMAT
- Study Material you are having
- Strength and Weakness in any particular Sections

Myself
- Location - Gurgaon
- G Day - Mid Oct
- Prep Material - IMS + Kaplan CD + Princeton CD + OG 11 + OG 10 Verbal + Kap800
- Weak in SC & DS (baaki key baarey mein test dekey hee patah chalega )

Similar groups exist for Bangalore and Mumbai & seems to be a good idea - So please pour in your presence (very bad SC), ideas, comments etc

Regards

Delhi GMAT Test Center - Surprises - 25-09-2005, 11:56 AM

GMAT Delhi Center - Surprises ?
Are there any surprises at the Delhi GMAT ETS Test Center that we should be aware of.
  1. parking ?
  2. a/c ?
  3. staff helpfulness ?
  4. to eat / drink ?
  5. breakout area ?
  6. smoking ?
  7. stuff u are allowed to take in ?
  8. NEthing else ?
Experience of ppl who have taken the test recently will be very helpful.

Bye

Hope this helps.

The center itslef is good, the area its located in isn't. Yusuf Sarai is not Chanakyapuri. Its a crowded area with narrow, dirty lanes
  1. parking ? < This will certainly be a problem as the Yusuf sarai area is corwded and streets are narrow. better you ask someone to drive you over so YOU dont have to worry abt the parking.
  2. staff helpfulness ? They were good
  3. to eat / drink ? Same as any center. No food in teh exam area but u can eat in the breaks. Restroom/Water cooler is available in the breaks carry any other food/drink u want.
  4. breakout area ?
  5. smoking ? Not allowed
  6. stuff u are allowed to take in ? Nothing except ur passport and locker key. even ur wallet and wathces are to be left in the locker.they give you pencils, ear-plugs, and scratch paper
  7. NEthing else ? Bad elevators, no disabled or wheelchair access.
--------------------
Parag : Wanted to add something more - There is a Park just opposite to the center where you can sit if you reach early (for morning slot) and revise.
