Question Re: Kaplan Books - 02-03-2006, 10:47 PM

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie to GMAT n planningto take it in june this year.
I'm on my way to stock up the prep material.
Can somebody throw some light on the Verbal section of Kaplan 800. I'll go ahead n buy the book only if the verbal section is good.

Details I require:
1. No of verbal ques
2. Difficulty level

Answers:

1. Check Parag Bhadra's post on my Countdown to MBA thread or the Delhi GMAT thread. He has made a count.

2. I found Kaplan 800 questions in verbal esp SC to be ambiguos at times. But the CR is sexy. RC is not too hard. But then is my opinion. But overall its the best material available outside the actual ETS stuff (Say GMAT sets or OG)

You need to really have patience to work with MEGAUPLOAD ...

Most of us have problem with it...it says "exceeded download limit"
Clear cache, temp files and then try to access after half hour or so..if still same ...try next day
