I understand we have both C ,D as competitor

i believe , the answers are varying because of the perception of the meaning ....in fact , both looks ok to me.

I narrowed down to C and D but then went with C because 'C' says "

I reasoned that only when pregnancy gets complicated can there be a risk of low birth weight.. but it cannot be vice versa..
