Prob is...
different EU teachers hav diff openions abt prep. 4 RC.
1 Sayz dat develop ur reading speed 1st n other says 2 focus on ur comprehension ability 1st.(m stuck as none of my sections r up 2 d mark)
plz plz ny 1 tell me how shud i proceed....

U can check out the articles by Tanveer bhai on building up reading speed and also comprehending passages.. Plz do not open a thread for personal issues...

Hi Vipul,
I would suggest you choose one of the areas and then start working on it. I personally feel that one month of dedicated prep and you would see the difference for yourself. So start with one thing and once you feel you have reached a level which is good enough then you can start working on other, anyways both are important.

Hi Vipul,

My personal feeling is one should try to develop reading speed first. Initially comprehension will not be that good. But gradually (may be after one month) you will find your speed has increased and your comprehension has been better. You can start with speed reading of about 10 minutes everyday.

I am not sure about concrete steps that would help you..But if you can avoid using sms lingo..it will surely take you far ahead...

Trust me using sms lingo will not help anyway ..neither in MBA preps not in corporate communication...

By the way just a tip..the best way going for RC is editorials n read analytical stuff..all the boring maha boring stuff..keep a note of words..no extra prep is required dear..n just few months before practice ..practice..n moreeee practice for speed..thats it!

Dude ... For RC , u ve to invent sme strategy fr uself
for ex : u can go through the questions asked fst for 30-45 sec n den go to the passage n scan it n try to ans as many questions in as little time as possible ...
To conqor CAT , verbal +RC is very imperative ... so start reading
