apart from this the food here is absolutely yummy...mayb some might not agree to this ..but for someone with a endless appetie for chicken nd its variants wud vouch for it and having lived in mumbai for abt 3 yrs...the food of delhi is what i missed most (though a lot other things made up for it )
fav eating joints..well..i love gulatis @pandara road...also arabian nights....mouth watering
must confess though that finding a cheap pub here is a tough task...thers this one..(dont know the name) behind PVR @saket...not dirt cheap..but ya dosent hurt the pocket that much.

cheers
gaurav

PS:just a request..guys just dont let this thread go the way the delhi meet thread did..
never lived in any other city so cant compare..but agree with u that the food here is absolutely great..
and no other place to eat than the dhabas.. and i think u goin to IMI rite ?
Just try the dhaba in front of IIFT and check out their chicken paranthas..yummy.. Not to mention the paranthas at the IMI dhaba...

Otherwise Rajinder da dhaba is very good for rolls and other dry stuff.....

But the only dampener in dilli is the distance and the time involved in travelling

Let's discuss something else Delhi is famous for!! FOOD....my favourite!!

List all your favourite eating joints!!

I feel driving thru traffic jams, as well on wide open roads, is a very integral part of the Delhi experience. I've been drivin my trusted Maruti 800 on Delhi roads for 4 years now.....and I've enjoyed every moment of it!

And agreed intersections like Ashram, Moolchand, Dhaula Kuan (I hate the new flyover....no U turn for god's sake!!), Naraina, AIIMS, Sout Ex etc are busy during peak hours.....but then one can't help it can one??
