but thats what insanity is all about.puys i am presenting you a new thread named as ''TEA WITH TARUN''. NO i am not inspired by KJO or farah khan to start this thread.i got this idea from ABHI1MAX1.

this thread has nothing to do with coffee with KARAN and i guess you must have seen that on STAR World,i neither have special goodies for our guests

nor i have those cool couch

for them but ya i promise you i have a very hot cum cool Rapid FIRE round for them.
now lets coming to the point,i have started this thread to interview bIG HOT SHOTS

here...so that you guys will get to know about them and our newbie can also get to know who they are and what they are? am i using W more or What??
in total i ll ask them 15 questions about their life,career,PG,crushes,INsanity and all but these 15 questions are not entirely mine because i am going to prepare only 10 questions for them

and you have a very good chance to ask them too.you just add on your questions here and i ll choose 5 out of them.so puys flooded me with some insane questions.

i have talked to some really big names on PG and requested them and they showed me their kind and insane love by accepting my invitation.

Great initiative man, I would like to know, how to make best use of PG, I mean I am obsessed with it, see I am in office still posting, sometimes I feel bad about this, and it’s a kind of addiction and brings me fear that it may affect my preparation.

1.What's the reason behind this odd username?
Ans : Loved the song Estranged by Guns n Roses. Used to be my Yahoo Id and while creating it on pagalguy it was easier to remember.

2.Who was ur 1st crush and when?

Ans : 4th Class. A classmate of mine,. Teacher caught us passing chits, it ended there.

3.View on online Cat
Ans : For me, it will be good fun and a new challenge for us at PaGaLGuY to provide tools and applications to Puys to manage this new format better. For the CAT takers, just remember the experience is going to be new for everyone and it is a relative game, so do not worry about it.

4.How would u define Cat and Mba
Ans : CAT - Something overly hyped and MBA means to get a placement but not education.

5.What insanity means to u?

Ans: Giving a thought to things which should have been normal and logical but are considered insane now because of general acceptance of mediocrity around us.

6.Fav cuisine?
Ans : North Indian

7.Why did u choose PG over VGSOM?

Ans : Believed in PG and the work I was doing. After almost 3 years after pondering on that decision, I know I was right.

8.What are the most funny memories @ PG till date?(puri.pallavi)

Ans : Tons and tons, you will have to invite me for a story session to recount few of them.

9.5 things u cant live without
Ans : With my experiences, I have learn't that there is nothing in this world you can't live without, but for the questions' sake I guess My wife, Friends & Family, PaGaLGuY, my will to make a change in people's lives and a pair of jeans.

10.Fav gadgets
Ans : I am not much of a gadget person. Like things to be simple and sweet. Though nowadays agaga over my BlackBerry

11.Define pagalguy in one line

Ans : Insanely different.

No, it is about the lil thing inside us which keeps telling us, question the norms - challenge yourself.

Ans : Experiences and People. That's the only thing which you take away with you.

13. Your day dream?
Ans : A beachhouse, a glass of wine and kafka

Ans : As per the definition of soulmate on wiki - I don't think I believe in the concept of soulmate. A Human being is such a complex set of aspirations and emotions that one person can rarely be able to fulfill all the facets of him/her. We have 1000s of Gods to represent our each and every emotion. So if one God is not enough, how can one human being be?

Ans: Moderation is always a difficult exercise, esp where things are not clearly in black and white. As Mods, we develop this amazing intuition over a period of time to spot the troublemakers and people whom we feel are not fit for the forums very quickly. Besides the rare backlash on the forums, I wish I could share the kind of PMs we get

But we need to learn that we don't have to take this personally and think of the bigger picture. Few users may not be able to understand our decisions at a given point of time but that's we have to take it in our stride and always look at the bigger picture of what we want pagalguy.com forums to be. Few things which were "ok" 3 years back may not be ok today and that's evolution.
As for instances, again too many to share. Also, we Mods are beyond Thanks/Groans. We would like to believe that we will do whatever keeps this place what it is and how it can be made better and evolves very quickly.
