well with the economic slowdown but rising inflation , was just interesting to know how much hikes have fellow puys got this year and what are their expectations for coming year?

so guys do post your company and hike in % terms

Maybe, I'm wrong, but I don't really see much purpose in this thread. Let's say I got a high increment, what does that mean and vice-versa? Secondly, as per most company guidelines, sharing your salary figures, and hikes is a violation of HR policies. If somehow, someone gets wind of this, it could create issues for you.

Even if this discussion holds some value, I reckon it should form a part of the 'Growing frustration among IT prs' thread.
