Maybe, I'm wrong, but I don't really see much purpose in this thread. Let's say I got a high increment, what does that mean and vice-versa? Secondly, as per most company guidelines, sharing your salary figures, and hikes is a violation of HR policies. If somehow, someone gets wind of this, it could create issues for you.
Even if this discussion holds some value, I reckon it should form a part of the 'Growing frustration among IT prs' thread.
