People get frustrated and starts shouting and scolding at wrong place among wrong people... in short they lose their cool...
But here you have so coollly managed the frustration on the delays(no fault of the students).... its too gud.
In my professional life of 3 years , i have come across at least 5-6 occasions where my manager came out with somethn constructive inspite of heavy problems from clients end. And reason behind his success is dat he can think with a cool head even in crunciest of time....seen him joking in hardest of times
