my vote goes to : karizma ad.

This ad is a testimony to the 'fact ' that "common sense is not common to everyone."

pathetic , nonsensical , not even an iota of creativity , and to top it all , you have someone like hrithik roshan being a part of this. (read -> money talks)

My vote is for Bingo....makes u feel sorry for the guys who made it...absolutely tasteless,senseless & HIGHLY irritating...no trace of creativity in any of their ads!!

1- an oldie and a blond doing a jingle.. (the 1st of series)
2- Mindless, senseless pregnancy reporting (2nd one passed the 1st one in stupidity)

For me it would be the Motoyuva add (both of them)

Total waste of time and energy..

Non sense, vague ideas, lack of creativity on part of the advertising team..

Non sense advertisements purpose is tht it gives a brand recall..People have to agree in Bingo how non sensical the ad is but still atleast ppl have a recall for it..

But ad's like MotoYuva are waste of resources..Should be banned

I feel no recall is better than worse recall....

I would have bought Bingo out of curiosity.. {I love chips.. oketoungue:}

But, for past 6 months, whenever I see bingo,
i remember the ad and don't buy it..

As for MotoYuva... when I do have to buy it, i'd anyways research on the features
and no ad / bad ad won't make a difference.

Its a difference in the market segment according to me..
Tons of research is done while buying expensive things whereas none for
relatively cheaper things..

the ad will make anybody go nuts over the whole purpose of using a balti.

Balti, I've been told is the noun used for all search engines and informative websites which don't provide all the info!!

working for ITC i know this much that only majorly because of the brand recall genereated frm those illogical ad's ITC has taken over more than 10% market share in only 10 months..

And afaik these wouldnt have happened coz if the quality of product as u knw u cant improvise to much there..

Also we had a long discussion on this in our orientation program..

wat was told to us was that, at large what the advertising team is looking for Brand recall..may be it can be a not so good brand recall for some, but taking the nature of Indians if they recall the brand, they will surely try..

And i think their strategy of coming with weird ad's has really worked big time
