as part of explanation the eyebrows being raised about my sig
I m not here making any racist remark. as its not belittling any class its jst a fact .. coz black is black :black: and left is left :sleepy: so its a genric statement about life in a humourous way. nothing is said derogatory about the creed or the ability..

acc to wordweb dictionary
racist is defined as A person with a prejudiced belief that one race is superior to others

so in no way i m showing the superiority of any class ..

anyways whatver BLACK is BEAUTIFUL

ironically, going through this post would increase your "sitting-in-front-of-computer" time

anyways, we at office follow any/some/combination of following things to de-stress:

During Office Hours

----Move away from ur PC, sit on ur desk/chairs and just gossip around- humor has its good effects! pull each other's leg, make fun of boss/peers/any company policy. It works
One caution- take it light heartedly and dont land up in some trouble due to ur boss overhearing :nervous:!

----Go for breaks/short walks- for coffee/snacks or just like that...or go to read a newspaper. Try to explore a new place in ur office/insti campus which you might have missed otherwise due to ur busy life- just 15 min of such a break refreshes you like anything

After Office Hours
----very obv- listen to cool lounge music/go to party/ take up some hobby like painting/photography/dancing- trust me it really relaxes you and its not just some bookish advice!

----chat about anything with ur friend/girl or boy friend(i doubt if many would take it as "relaxing")
