Hiii
I am chandrakant Purohit from Gurgaon... last yr appeared for CAT but not gained gud score. A Techy grad frm Jaipur... Planning for this yr.. Let's discuss on this topic as it will also be beneficial for GD/PI.....

In my opinion I think Share holders are those sleeping partners of a cmpny who buys shares & are allowed to sit in Board of meeting, also can put their views, but can't implement them, while Stake holders has the role in the Board of meeting and can agree/disagree wid decisions and can implement their views if majority is there.. what i think is this...
If it some different then plz cm forward and coreect me.
