Wordlist Flasher software?

Can someone suggest a Word Flasher software?
It's like a small textbox appearing in one of the corners of the screen , which takes some words randomly from a dictionary (with the meanings)(this could be customizable, say, If I want only GRE(*) type words, I can choose that source) and shows for some 5 seconds (again, customizable).

This is to build up my vocabulary...
This'd be very helpful in preparing for GRE(*).

And I'd like to have freeware!
