we are a team of batchmates planning to start a online gaming rentals portal including reviews/ratings and discuss forum.

though our business plan is still in the pipeline we are still looking at the technology part - web development/design , payment platform , Titles search platform etc.

If any of the experienced PG junta could guide as to how to go about the process of getting such a portal made and maintained thn please pitch in.
