abt the chapter thing, i would request everyone to come up with one activity which they want to do in Apr - May corridor:

When you lay out the activity kindly also specify:

1) Purpose of the Activity

2) Chapter Support required

3) HQ Support required

4) Cost for organising the activity (both man hours and capital costs)

5) Any kind of corporate liasoning required in terms of tie ups/sponsorship

6) The activity brief in not more than 100 words

7) When do you want to organise it

8 ) What will the chapter gain from organising the activity

Lets follow this framework for listing down activities. Please note down just one activity per member as then deliberation and focus will be higher. Hope the momentum gains now .....
