The user himself has admitted that josevin2000 and BOSVIN are one and the same. However, he claims that josevin2000 id suddenly changed to BOSVIN. http://www.pagalguy.com/forum/1155621-post1114.html
But this cannot be true due to the following reasons:
1. Username changing is not allowed on Pagalguy.
2. The join date of josevin2000 is March 2008 while that of BOSVIN is November 2007.
3. Number of posts of the two ids are different.
Since the user is claiming ignorance of how this happened, I will leave it to the moderators to contact him and decide which id to ban and which to keep.

Well he has been posting a lot of links from rediff and discussions boards there contain a user Jagdeep who seems to think on the lines of what said user does on PG.
