They should havent visited the site very night & could have expressed there solidarity by giving some donation from there pocket or by donating blood for the victims.Extra money would not have hurt the victims!! Atleast they should have waited for couple of days!!

(1) Some celebrities like Javed akhtar , Rakhisawant , Rahul Bose , Kunal kohli etc reached hospitals the same day. lota of people gathered to see them.
Believe me , If politicians had not reached there same night , then media & people like us would have raised questions that itni badi ghatna ko hue 2 din ho ho gaye , tab jake politicians ko time mila. Dekho yeh celebrities kaise usi din aa gaye.

(2) Whether to donate personal money & blood or not is their personal matter. No 1 can force them. However , Shivsena organised Blood Donation Camps & so many shiv sainiks donated their blood.

Dont think there is much security required for the celebrity u mentioned. Try to understand that when a big politican comes to visit, there is much hype & hence the security needs to put in extra effort esp when the VVip comes from outside state. The celebrities u mentioned came, met & left & there wasnt much hype about it.

I appreciate shiv sainiks doing this great workas there wasnt much hype abotu shiv sena doing this or that. For a change there actions spoke for themselves rather than there words.

My friend , I m not puting emphasis on that security wala issue. I just wanted to say that , we people always ask our political leaders to comeforward during this time period. & when they come , we blame them on security issue. etc etc.

Re: What can we do to stop terrorism??? - 28-07-2006, 12:19 PM

Guys, what can we do to stop terrorism??Well, atleast we could behave as responsible citizens and be vigilant huh??Nope.Yesterday's incident just shows how ridiculously stupid people from our young fraternity are regarding national security and just how even more messed up is our security force.

Two girls and a guy were riding around in Chanakyapuri, when the brightest of ideas hit them.LET'S GO N SAY HI TO THE PRIME MINISTER.So they just drove in......and,well,broke into the second security gate at the PM's residence.OUR EXCEPTIONALLY VIGILANT SECURITY FORCE JUST LET THEM IN AT THE FIRST GATE WITHOUT ANY INSPECTION.

When interviewed on Tv,they were asked about their motive,to which one girl replied:"I JUST WANTED TO MEET THE PM COZ IT'S MY FANTASY TO MEET SUCH AN IMPORTANT PERSON".When asked whether she understood that THE PM'S RESIDENCE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HI-SECURITY ZONE,she replied"NOOO.........ACTUALLY THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD US NA".And they were blowing kisses to the tv cameras as they captured them riding around the premises.

Stupidity, sloth and irresponsibility at its unbelievable worst!!!

If this is the state of affairs at India's supposedly securest place, then if we don't become more concious and vigilant ourseleves, the security of an average citizen is at peril!!

Well John_gult , they have definitely given us an opportunity to think , that , when the security of person like the prime minister of india , can be breached, then what can they do to prevent us innocent citizen from following into the trap or be a victim of the terrorists. What bedazzled me was that how come was the security breached. It was neither such a good weather in Delhi that the security men were basking in the benches? Its litterally a carnage !

SHIT HAPPENS !
