@anuragxp: Washing dirty linen in public isnt exactly my err...I mean "his" trait...

The fact that he was targetted was his love-hate relationship with his tech lead....yes both loved to hate each other....so it was more of an isolated case rather than the norm in the company....but the usual restrictions did hold....

And to the best of my knowledge there were no restricitons regarding gettings hugs from the HR recruits....

Actually looking in the company's perspective it is not really that silly...

Security concerns and intellectual property theft is more serious and rampant than you think....lets face it though we might be tempted to think so a lot fo times the companies arent exactly browsing centres

....ergo they are justified in restricting to what they perceive as security threat...one gets irked if an only individual gets targetted!!
