hey good piece of info this is !
i just was trying to comeup with some common thread about the call-getters.
and i think i found nothing common as such. some
points i noted.
1. they all did not necessarily have gr8 acads.
2. work-ex also not necessary
3. mostly inteview had to be good. i think this is the key. u need go with flair here.
4. i felt no bias of any institute towards any section. ( actually this amazes me, u just cant have any hard and fast rule ).i saw 83 percentile verbal getting converted
so no bias for sure.
5. mostly all had gr8 one section (above 99percentile)
6. i saw so called bad interviews convert to final calls

all in all feel just go at it if it's gonna happen it surely will !! give it ur best shot !!

Hi All,

Here's my profile :

Interview calls from : B, C, L and I
Final calls from : C, L and I

GD/PI Performance : C and I were good. L wasn't satisfactory and B wasn't good.

CAT performance:
98.93 %ile overall.
Forgot the exact breakup for the sections. But here are the approx %iles :
DI - 98+
QA - 97+
VA - 89+

Work-Ex :
22 months (Software)

Acads :
BE (ECE) - 9.11 CGPA out of 10 (Pretty much everybody got good grades)
12th - 93.5%
10th - 87%

That's about it. I'll post my preparation details in a separate thread
