Hi group...

I am aakaanksh....s/w engn from Blr aiming for CAT this year.

did get to know about this group from few friends of mine.I had been a member of many a groups aiming for CAT this year...but then this group stands apart with the kind of inputs that the noble souls try to get in...
I am sure we all form a synergie and do well in CAT.

Well can any one tell me abt the Mock CATs at Career Plan...how good is it compared to actual CATs and stuff like that.
What will be good scores for MDI and SPJain and about the placements at TAPMI.

Ok one more concern..i guess somebody in this group had got admitted to MDI Gurgoan annd later decided to quit.Can i know the reason...is MDI good and how is its placements & the ilk.

I have a friend at TAPMI currently. The placement period has started a week ago. So I'll have more information directly from the source for you soon.

Scores wise, MDI would have given you a call for 60+ last year. SPJain meanwhile had tremendous amount of focus on the written application + scores.

It was me, and one more guy. All of us are crazy out here

. The infrastructure at MDI is awesome. Faculties are very good and much more in touch with industry that most of the other instt. They didn't offer a General Mgmt course which I am most interested in. Plus they didn't fit well with my larger plans, so I did not join it finally.

Plus I've heard that you can enter MDI, if you have a little cash to spare. That really doesn't feel right to me.

No yaar ,
While browsing the forum , it occured to me that some Aakanksha Jain was also brosing the forum and on checking i found that he(at that time "she")was from
bangalore too! Hence the excitement!

Anyways , hope some Aakanksha really comes this way!
