IIMK Batch of 2005-2007..queries as well entertained

Thanx A_1 for replyng. I will give CAT this year. Mah First attempt. Dont want to take chances. Thats why asked here. My home town is Kozikode. I was there came back a few days back. Which section is important?

all sections important. No section unimportant. Clear all sections. Clear total cutoff. Get 99.5+ percentile. Get calls. Go attend GD/PI round. Baffle interviewers with brilliance.Celebrate after getting final admit. Come back to hometown and do MBA.

I dunt think that even the most ingenious souls can provide u with the aswer to te q-"Whcih section is important..?"

Its reccomended that U go thru earlier threads and see for urself which sections are important...Do bear in mind that Cat has no set rule that prevents them from increasing the weight of one or more sections...Workex is also given importance in any insti...AFA talk abt how much imp is for different institutes it more smoke than fire...Cos no one is sure what do the institues look for in a candidate...browsing thru the archives on PG, u will see this for urself

Dear senorita,

I donot know which part of your question i did not answer, to the best of my limited abilities.
You really must check out all the other threads regarding prep for cat 2005. There is no section that is specifically important wrt iimk. I'm sorry my simple answers have not answered your doubts. You are most welcome to consult with your own seniors.
