I am planning to apply to SP Jain for the full time program.I have more than 5 +yrs exp in a variety of industries.I understand from some of the seniors that they give highest weightage to work exp people & even at time they give call to people with Work Ex without even considering the CAT scores. But they say that one should have a very strong Essays description in thier application form.
So somebody already through please send me the their essays format which i could mention while applying & help me to get a call as i am not aware of what i really need to mention in ? .

Man....sorry if i sound a bit harsh...but when it comes to such essays...you are best judge as to what u have done in Work exp. Copying someone else's essay might get u the call but it won't help u clear the interview....remember those people are way too smart to get fooled. They have greyed their hair catching such people.
However u can refer to some answers...but never make the mistake of copying somone else's points.....u can also search the net for some good sentences/answers....me done the same....as we all are not perfect in english....so we can certainly take that help....there is nothing wrong with it.....also by copying u will spoil ur chance as well as the person from u copied....what if both ur forms reach the same person for short listing....he will catch that very easily.....
one other suggestion wud be to write down ur own answers ask some of ur friends to read....ask some class counsillors to give feedback....and thats what i am doing....getting feedback from parents, friend who is sp jain, and Time counsilors.....
