Q: 178
How far is the foot of the ladder from the wall?
a)The top of the ladder touches the wall at a height of 2.5m
b)If the top of the same ladder touches the wall at a height of 3.25m, then the foot of the ladder will be 2m away from the wall.
I feel the answer for this is 2(i.e can be answered using stmt b) because he has clearly mentioned in the statement that "the foot of the ladder will be 2m away from the wall".
But in the answer key it is given as 3. What u ppl say?
