Though I will be shifting my base to Kolkata by April end , I wanted to be part
of this thread and hence , joined you all PUYS eagerly.Basically , I will be
completing my B.Tech in 2009. Have messed up in Cat 08 ,thanks to my DI scores .

Any piece of advice from PUYs, to improve my DI will be appreciated.

I am also working in a software company.Also can anyone please help me in finding out which institute is good one for cat coaching in Kolkata. I stay in saltlake. I have heard that faculty have movd from IMS kolkata to CL. however there are no CL centre's in saltlake. TIME is offering the coaching at a much lower price for students who have taken test/classes in previous year from them.Please help which is good IMS/TIME/ERUDITE/CL?Please reply soon.

Hi Priyaranjan..

As per my knowledge and finding I think all these courses and teaching methods are almost similer. The most important factor for a good score in CAT is you and the effort you will be able to put.

Joining a coaching is good idea as you will be in track with those classes.

Better if you join one which is near. TIME -saltlake will be good in this case.

Practice is the key -- Nothing else.
Try to solve as much DI questions as u can....

As I am working myself, I would suggest that we meet up every weekend or at least every alternate weekend, at places which can be easily accessed by all of us...Please put forward your ideas(of course followed by your introduction) and suggestions as to how you think we can do this..also try to give as much info abt urself as you can, including info abt any coaching classes that you might be attending...hoping to see a lot of responses and a marvellous period of learning, together...
