Hey I started with the application today, and it asks for Sectionals scores too. Also I read somewhere on the previous page that bad sectionals can be compensated with good overall profile :-x
Does that mean there s some minimum %ile which you need to have to secure a call?

P.S The institute FAQs say GLIM doesn't have sectional cut offs

As of now, the last date for application is 15th Jan. So you need to fill in the score in the application. Without the score, the application cannot be submitted. Your friend can apply only if the last date for submission is postponed.
