As stated earlier the CAT score does carry a good amount of weightage. This year the last person to get a PGPM convert is 98.4 odd. So, i guess this gives you a good indication on the percentile factor.

For placements you can view the brochure on the website & avg. pack for 2006-08 batch was 12.88L

You have a pretty good profile mate....why are u worried...if they ask u bout these 2-3 months u can tell 'em bout this social work n all...It ll add more value to your profile rather than workin in some XYZ company for couple of months...

Neways yes they do consider..last yr it was arnd 85 somethin(If i remember it correctly...plz correct me if m wrong)

So far as I know, the cutoff for PGPM last year was 80%, since I got through with 81.

Man! u hv done a great job. You should b happy bcoz u hv got something different to say in the interviews. Coz! the interviewers too r bored with the same monotonous engineering answers.(No offences meant to engineers, i m an engineer too).

So, just prepare what all u hv learned in ur 2-3 months & now also don't sit idle. Join any company. Its the quality of work that matters not the quantity. So, do some quality work that adds value to ur profile.!

i hope ur query has been answered. it was 80 a piece for the three sections. A request, kindly go thru the earlier pages else we keep on adding pages which hampers the whole prospect. No offences meant buddy.

Hi Nischal,

You have a great profile so don't worry at all. Concentrate on what you are doing and learn what ever you can.In any interview your confidence will be a key-factor and you can only grow in that when you know what you are doing.....so carry on friend......

Hi seniors,my query is has MDI released the admission prospectus.The reason being, I have subscribed to PG MBA alerts and i received a message today saying "MDI Gurgaon form out,Accepts CAT score,available at Bank of Baroda outlet.Last date to buy the form Nov 12.See https://www.mdi.ac.in for more"
Now the website does says 12 nov but it's 12 Nov 2007,so has there been a mistake on part of PG in reading the year and messaging the last year date or is it actually 12th Nov 2008??
