This SIM cat was one hell of an experience.
I generally take the paper in the following sequence, VA->DI->QA 50 minutes each.
Seeing the instruction I found out that it is logical to go for 3 marks questions as, both the 3 and 2 marks have only 1 mark as negative.
Taking VA first has an advantage of keeping your spirits right for atleast first 50 minutes. I started off with 39 and 40, finding out alternate summaries, goofed up 100%, so no comments on these as I wasted 5 minutes to get a -2.
The next RC was bit OK, can fathom things a bit and except for question 37 the options were straight forward, achieved 80% accuracy.
Passage 2 was a bummer, could not guess the difficulty by looking at the questions. The passage was too long to spend the time for 9 marks, but went ahead and manage only 1 out of 3 questions.
28-30 are CR type questions I guess, shame on me lost all of them. Sentence correction was OK. And I could manage only this much in 50 minutes.
I next took up DI, went again to 3 mark questions 18-20 were traditional aand quintessential DI questions, 2/3 were right. 15-17 were OK, skipped 18 as it was a bit lengthy and got 15 wrong

cilly mistake. 11-14 were also OK, should get the logic that the total number of medals across the different schools would remain constant.
8-10 were OK. I skipped the 9 th one though, I donno why

. Yet to anallyze 3-7, seemed a bit too tricky for a 2 marker and 1 and 2 were OK. I wasted a lot of time on 3-7 though.
Maths was a shocker for me, I dinno what I was doing for last 50 minutes, I was wandering aimlessly from question to question horrible performance, no wonder I scored in negative.
OA a pretty ordinary performance and considering my score in first SIMcat, I should have done better.
