yes you have to submit an application letter requesting them to consider you for u[gradation and you have to mention what branch you want to be upgraded to.

i submitted mine at the time of submitting the dd. you should do so at the earliest. you can also send them a mail and confirm it by calling.

I have few queries regarding the documents if any that needs to be submitted:

1. At the time of joining, what all docs are we required to submit:

for eg: 10th,12th & u.g marksheets?

2. do we need to submit migration & transfer certificaties also?

3. for work-ex people, do we need to submit relieving & work ex letters ?

I had submitted the fees a long time back, at the time I was only given an acknowledgement but not a receipt as it was told that receipts will be issued only after 15th of April.
I have not received it as yet. Do I need to go to IMT personally and collect the same or will it be sent by post?

Hi all,

I had paid first installament of fees to IMT (GHZ FINANCE). However later on I got another institute so sent the letter for cancellation and request for refund on 5th May.
I have following questions:
1) How much amount will be deducted while refunding money?
2) How much time will they take to refund?
3) Will I have to call again and again and request for refund?
