Hey hi...
In your cat forms you will be asked to fill in ur months of W.E upto Dec 2003 and not the date on which you fill in ur forms.Ofcourse there will be another 6 months by the time of your interview and guess that would amount to atleast 1.5 yrs , which is a good exp by any standards.
Well during ur work, if you can delve deeper into organizational processes and now and then put urself into managers shoes and try to analyze and solve the problems, that would give u an edge. Finally you are planning to become a manager and be open enough to imbibe all the best traits around.Believe me Work is different from acads, there are people who were gold medalists who are doing menial jobs in the industry and people who just scrapped thru their BSc, BE are doing the best and are raising up in ranks.
So jst believe in urself and have and undying spirits to learn and synthesize things. You are bound to learn and make it worth the years spent in any industry.

Awfully
Aakaanksh
