PGSEM at IIM-B

HAI ALL CAT & MBA aspirants,

This is my post in this forum.

I want info on PGSEM offered by IIM-B. I am working in Engineering Services co. in CAD/CAE area.
Whether I am eligible to apply to this course ?
Also there is PGDCM offered by IIM-C. Whether I am eligible to this also?

Please give some info on the above.
