Official CAT Regular Repeater's Thread

Hummmmm.....a pretty awesome list of studs out there............

Would be bugging u guys around, now that I have been kicked straight out by "God's own IIM".......

Screwed up DI big-time....!!!!....managed 99.06 and landed up with the one and only call frm K.......NITIE, SP Jain, and MDI, chose not to follow suit as did the bigger IIMs.......

Still hoped to convert it ......with 2 years work-exp and decent extra-curriculars......

But then I think...."A" sounds better than "K" anytime......

Lets make it this time...!!!!!...What do ya say guys.....??....

Hi All,

Gave my CAT last year scored 91.33%, 96% in VA and 68% in QA.
I am an Engineer by the way and am supposed to be good at Quant

Got thru MICA, but decided not to join. So taking CAT this year again!! (Kyunki main kash nahi kehna chahta )

Have definately learnt a lesson that no matter how hard you try, unless you dont back yourself to succeed you wont!!

So backing myself to the hilt this time and am gonna make it count!!

ATB to other repeaters..

P.S: Repeaters sounds like we are failures, sounds very gross, cant we change the word to something else??

First of all great thread.
Secondly dont know if i am an official repeater gave Cat once got around 86 percentile,but i cant stay away from this thread,its been a real pleasure to read through the posts ,the experiences and finally the joy of making it.
Hats off to those who didnt give up and to those who did not want to compromise.
Thirdly this thread is acting as an inspiration for many people i am officially a part of it now couldnt believe i missed such a thread.
Finally congratulations to all the official repeaters who got through CAT 2005 and all the best to my fellows of 2006.

left cat2005 joined a job
did it for 10 months left the killin job & again gave cat2006

got 96.23%
va--97.64
quant--97.24
di--43.26

now planning to give cat again in 2007 but i need to pick up a job first
could u guys tel me how did u manage to give cat so many times???
u would sure b working!!!!!

wel if u could tel me ur profile & how it helped u at iim"s interviews that would b an immense help for me

Now working (you're abso-god-damn-lutly right, as a softy) and hoping/praying that i'll do good this year...

seen some old messages, coulnd't believe ppl gave for 4 consecutive years...but some of you finally cracked BLACKI, that persistence...great going....
