Are the results of ABM going to come along with the PGP results, on the same day? I had got calls for both PGP and PGP-ABM from IIML and there was a single GD and a single PI... it would be interesting to see how they do or don't affect each other's prospects... coz I find it hard to imagine the interviewers thinking separately for either...

Does anyone know what percentage of the ABM batch has people with non-agri background? Just curious if there are chances at all... didn't do well in the agri-related questions though... but hope never dies :-)

Dude - this is quite a late reply. But cudn't refrain myself from putting down a few salient points. U mite be from agri background but seems like u have no idea what a PGP ABM degree from the IIMs means. The placements are at par, if not better, with the general management courses. This time the average placements figures in IIM A ABM has gone up to 13.5. The major recruiters for PGP ABM in IIM A & IIM L being GS, Stand Chart, ICICI Prudential, YES Bank, RABO Bank, Reliance ADAG, Pepsico, Nestle etc.

So from next time onwards before discouraging someone from pursuing a promising career option plz care to do some R&D.

Well this might sound a bit strange, but I have a call from IIM-L for Agri Business Management.
Well the strange part is my cat percentile wasn't very good. Any idea what the cutoffs are for IIM-L?

Anything around 97.5 or more with decent break up is likely to get you a call from IIM L PGP-ABM.
