I cant see why people think the people with the error ridden sets are better off. I had 55 in QA (111), now I go up to59.7 instead of the 63 I should have. I did crack both qns, and this does not consider the time wasted. It makes a greater difference to higher scorers, where the small differences matter more.

ok time for my 2 cents as well...

I really dont understand all the fuss (not making ne frnds ...i know)
But watever happnd to all the tacts that we were taught in TIME/CL/IMS...dont wate time on tricky questions move on ..Y could junta not move ahead if they really found the questions wrong (as in QA)...
and hell ! since when a VA/RC question had a single correct answer ..if 444 set had a question with only 3 choices ..so b it ..mark watever u think is correct and MOVE ON ...
I think watever formula IIMs came up with, is fair ..if applied to a normalized data across all the 2 lakhs junta .

If all the guys had just moved on seeing the wrong questions, this solution will be even more disputable, because it penalizes the guys who dint have errors in their sets(by having a larger base), with respect to people who had errors in their sets and had "moved-on" ,without wasting time.
