Re: MDI Application form - 20-10-2004, 04:39 AM

Need specific clarifications::

1> In "frm & to" work ex column, it shows year b/w 1992 to 2000 only for selection... wat to do ? Also it asks for work ex in years .... so if tis 7 months in one comp n 15 months in the other, how do i show tat ?
(ONE + ONE ?? )

2> In awards/prizes and even hobbies col, one has to choose national/state level only. . So general TP hobbies or coll level/company level prizes can't be mentioned ??

Hi All,

I wanted to ask one thing regarding the submission of the online MDI application form. When I click the submit button, again the same screen is displayed. There is no acknowledgement message like -your form has been received.
We need to submit the form before sending the draft.
Those who have submitted form online, please help.

Thanks.

Hi agoondoo...Thanks for the reply..
Yes, after submitting the form, I tried to logon and got the error message - your form has been submitted. Strange way of acknowledging, I must say.
I have sent the draft with the print-out.
Let's hope for the best.
