Well i must say that if B-schools have given so much recognition to PG.... then Allwin, yaar.... u have made great deal in what u wanted to achieve.... Being an online MBA portal is one thing but becoming a favourites of the B-school and then getting a GD on PG is entirely another deal....

Kudos to Allwin for starting such a wonderful online space which i can only say is incomparable to anything of it own magnitude!!

Way to go man!

Atleast thats the way in the IIMs. This is to ensure that the chances of admitting any individual is not compromised at any point.

Now i am grinning end to end here right now. The reason is I know how relaxing a GD/PI can get after you break the ice amongst the participants

As for the professors coming online on PG, I think even that would become a possibility provided they get the right platform for their needs. I am not sure they would like to post in GD/PI threads, but yes, the professors surely can talk to you guys a lot more about life at bschools and basically about management education and loads more if they are on PG.

Give it sometime and we'll get there
This means we ll be screwed once we get admitted. Its inevitbale..

neways.. welldone@pg

just a doubt though ... i have heard from a couple of guys. IIM profs dont have a nice impression about the forum.

This had to come some time sooner or later. PG has become a brand too big for B-schools to ignore. But I pity the guys in the GD who had no idea about it. I dont know, but I already had a feeling that a lot of B-schools are already keeping a close eye on PG. But the effect it has on final selections will be known only once the final results are out. Though I dont think it will be a major factor, maybe someone will be pissed off after seeing himself being reffered to as "Buddha" or "Kala Mota" So maybe that sholud be one of the few things to be considered.

P.S. Wont be surprised if in a few days we have a full-time post in a B-school for keeping track of PG
