Hi Guys! Anybody Has Any Idea About Companies Having Management Trainee Programs For Non Mbas??
I know abt HLL- but this is long back in 1994-when my brother got placed thru his campus in REC Warangal. That time, HLL used 2 take IIT/IIM's as Mgmt Trainee( not sure whether BITS Pilani,IT-BHU were also inclded- REC's as Executive Trainee- Other Pvt Engg College Stdnts as officers Trainee- 11 yrs later things might have changed. I heard similar for ITC also( not very sure).
Heard from bro that joining HLL from IIT/IIM gives u tremendous growth later.

HLL recruited IIT/IIM in same level( way bac in 1994)........REC's were as Executive Trainee.
This was unfortunate for IIM Grads- they were considered same as IIM's.
Voltas hires engineers ....mechanical engineers as managemnt trainee every year they dont last though but u can try there!!!!!!!!
i also know of asian paints do that...
best way is to .........use some jack to find more in any organisation
