TCS or Satyam ?

Hey this is for my friend She ( B.Tech - I.T ) got Satyam first and then now she got TCS ?
Which one is better and why ?

Need to know regarding Working environment , Job satisfaction learning , growth, Job security etc .....

If anyone worked in Satyam , please tell about the training procedures ...

I have been working in TCS for the past two years. I think its a nice place to begin your career in (as compared to Satyam ) . I have a couple of friends in Satyam. They were not very happy with the work culture and company policies in Satyam. TCS also offers a god Induction Learning Program .

job type is same dude...everywhere in IT.....It depends on your luck....if you are a fresher you cant choose where they send you....technology trainings are good in satyam for freshers.... they have SAP training in chennai that is reported to be good...but as I said depends on luck for a BE Graduate Fresher....
