Hi Ankur,
No Uni might say that "You're already a CFA, why you doing your MBA in Finance" because an MBA is much broader concept than CFA which only focuses on finance and capital markets. A certified financial analysis is a study of core finance activities which may not teach you management skills whereas in an MBA you may not study finance at the level which you can do it in your CFA studies. So they land into different genres. Anyways MBA can be viewed as a long term progressive study. You can complete your CFA, gain some good experience and boom - Go for MBA.
