REGARDING APPOINMENT LETTERS

Team,
We are still getting a lot of queries on the Appointment Letter -
whether it should be sent back or brought on the day of joining.

Like we mentioned earlier - sending the appointment letter helps us
in our planning process. However in case you are not sending it,
there is no need to get unduly worried... you can bring it with you
on the date of joining. To facilitate the same we would like to
mention that in case you do not send the letter by May 15 please
bring it with you on the date of joining.

Some have expressed concern that the letter may get lost by snail
email etc. and prefer to bring it with you on the date of joining.
That is fine.

To reiterate there are two options. You can choose either.
1.Copy of the letter is sent back to Wipro. If this is what you plan
please send the letter before May 15. On the date of joining you will
therefore bring only the original appointment letter with you since
the duplicate is already with us.
2.Copy of the letter is not sent back as you are busy with exams and
cannot send it now. In that case you will submit the duplicate copy
on the day you join. On the date of joining you will therefore bring
with you both the duplicate AND the original. The duplicate will be
submitted to Wipro and the original you can take back.

Please note that since in either option the original Appointment
Letter is with you - there is no cause for concern.
regards
Team Wipro

REGARDING THE MEDICAL TEST

Team:
Many of you have posed queries related to the medical check up. Hope
this clarifies.

Last Date: There is no specific last date for the medical check up.
You need to ensure that your medical report reaches us before the
day you join. So if your date of joining is July then the medical
report need reach us only by July.

Payment: The payment for the test is made by Wipro. All you need to
do is carry the letter given by Wipro.

Report: THe report of the medical test is not to be collected by
you. The clinic/ hospital will courier it to Wipro directly.

Medical Test: The medical test is a standard test and you can speak
to the doctor regarding any clarifications you have.

Appointment: The appointment for the check up can be fixed by you.
You can call the hospital and fix a date suitable for you.

Accredited Hospital in your Region: In the event that none of the
hospitals mentioned by Wipro are close to you, then you can do the
medical check up just before you join. Instead of arriving at the
location of joining one day prior to your date of joining you can
plan to reach there a couple of days earlier to get the medical test
done.

Please note that in case you are opting for the medical test just
before you join you need to complete the test at least 3 days before
your date of joining. ie. if the day of joining is Friday you should
take the test at least by Monday of the same week. This is to ensure
that the report reaches us by the time you join.

regards
Team Wipro

And you could always call them for any clarifications
