Hello guys,

This is Vipul Gaur.

I am 26 yrs old. I have recently completed my PGPM from ****, New Delhi, but interested in a specialised course in Personnel management and Industrial Relations. I have not been able to get a suitable opportunity in the same field. In fact, besides a specialised course in PM & IR, I am keen to take up research wok in the same. How shouldi prceed further given the fact that my entire exprience of 3.5 yrs is not in HR, but i want to persue higher studies in PM and IR.
I will be appearing for XAT, FMS and DSE exams for the next session. I hope with good scores i will have good chances of getting into either of these institutes. Having done a PGPM wont be a problem. would it? I mean it wont be just for better career but my interest too. right?
Your kindly advice is greatly solicited.
